This policy explains how US Cable Internet collects, uses, and protects information when you use uscableinternet.com.

Information we collect

We may process the street address or ZIP code you enter in the availability checker, the coordinates returned by address lookup, and standard analytics information such as pages viewed, device/browser details and approximate location. Address suggestions are requested from the Photon geocoding service. The checker may also use OpenStreetMap Nominatim to locate an entered address. The resulting location coordinates are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted availability Worker, which requests area-level provider coverage information from the FCC Broadband Map API. The map-cell results are not a guarantee that a provider serves the exact address. Do not enter payment details or other sensitive information in the checker.

Sale or sharing of personal information

US Cable Internet does not sell personal information. We do not offer a sale-based opt-out mechanism because we do not sell personal information. Address details and coordinates may be transmitted to the third-party services described above to perform the availability lookup, as explained in this policy.

How we use information

We use this information to locate the requested area, display reported provider coverage, improve the site, respond to email inquiries and measure traffic.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage and may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics. Google may process usage and device information under its own terms. You can control cookies through your browser settings and use available Google Analytics opt-out controls.

Third-party links

Our site links to provider websites and uses third-party services for address search, geocoding, analytics and coverage lookups. Those services and provider websites have their own privacy policies and data practices. Review their policies before using them.
